All Signature Tortes have three layers of cake and 2 layers of filling. They are also available in larger round, square or sheet cake sizes with a 72 hour notice.

Lemon Raspberry Mousse Torte Chiffon cake layered with fresh lemon curd, and raspberry mousse. Coated in Italian Meringue Butter Cream.

Café Amaretto Torte Chiffon cake filled with almond cream, then coated in Coffee Butter Cream. Garnished with chocolate covered espresso beans.

Chocolate Raspberry Torte Devil’s Food cake layered with raspberry mousse. Coated in chocolate butter cream.

Raspberry Ganache Torte Devil’s Food Cake layered with chocolate Ganache and raspberry mousse. Frosted in chocolate butter cream, then coated in dark chocolate Ganache.

Black Forest Torte Devil’s Food Cake layered with diplomat cream and cherries. Frosted with Italian Meringue Butter Cream and garnished with maraschino cherries and chocolate shavings.

Turtle Torte Devil’s Food Cake layered with caramel cream, chocolate and caramel drizzle and pecans. Coated in chocolate butter cream, and drizzled with more caramel, chocolate and chopped pecans.

Lemon Poppy Seed Torte Lemon poppy seed cake layered with lemon cream and coated in lemon butter cream. Garnished with a layer of fresh lemon curd and poppy seeds.

Tiramisu Torte Espresso and marsala soaked chiffon cake, filled with sweet Italian cheese. Coated in coffee butter cream and garnished with ladyfinger cookies and chocolate covered espresso beans.

Carrot Cake Moist carrot cake filled and frosted with cream cheese butter cream. Garnished with toasted walnuts.

Red Velvet Torte Red velvet cake filled and frosted with cream cheese butter cream.

Coconut Cream Torte Chiffon cake filled with coconut cream, frosted in Italian Meringue Butter Cream, and coated in coconut flakes.
